1. Shin aka Supreme Kai (Dragonball Z)- What's not to like about him, he seemed so mysterious yet benevolent, might not be the strongest fighter but he's very intelligent.

2. Goku (Dragonball Z)- The real true hero of the show

3. Vegeta (Dragonball Z)- He's the classic example of the Yang in the show while Goku's the Yin. After all unlike Goku, he didn't have great childhood and it wasn't a stroll in the park when your under a creeps thumb. Even though he's not a softie much...there's something likable about him.

24. Megavolt (Darkwing Duck)- He's only dangerous if you provoke him. But he's pretty funny when he doesn't mean to be proven more than once in the show.

25. QuackerJack (Darkwing Duck)- Now there's a lesson to be learned, although he looks wacky and a goof with a care in the world, don't ever say this frase when near him: Let's hit the arcade to play videogames!

26. Bushroot (Darkwing Duck)- As mentioned, he is misunderstood, if only people were less shallow and judgemental they'd see he's a sweetheart.

27. Liquidator (Darkwing Duck)- He's a very powerful opponent, a pity he only got one episode.

Ok at first I didn't like them when I was young, but now that I'm older, I understand them a bit. For example two of them had been picked on and believe I know. what's it like to be bullied.
And They're pretty awesome villians.

33. Mr. Stubborn (The Mr. Men Show)- He's pretty funny most of the time, refuses to be stand corrected.

50. Agent Xero (The Modifyers) - recently found out about the show, but you gotta admit she's really lovely.
