Cell vs Demongo Death battle

Here's a death match that I've been thinking about. Since everyone's been trying one of those Death battle memes, thought I try it out.

How would a death match between perfect Cell the bio anddroid against Demongo the Soul collector? Cell would perhaps either have a bit of fun testing his abilities or try to absorb him while Demongo would want his essence.
